UNF Hunt Seat Team
Thank you for your interest in our hunt seat team!

Riders for the UNF hunt seat team are expected to do the following:
- Attend weekly club meetings
- Ride once per week
- Lesson 2x/ month with one of our team coaches
- Present themselves in a professional manner, both in attire and relationally
-Own suitable, coach-approved, show attire including an SEI approved helmet
- Willingly pay club dues, register and pay for IHSA membership, as well as show fees
- Show school spirit and kindness to horses, fellow team members, horses, and coaches
- Abide by rules and policies outlined in the UNFET rulebook and constitution

For those who wish to be part of a community of fellow riders at UNF, as well as gain professional instruction, without the pressure of competition, our club-style membership might be a good option! Reach out to an officer or coach to discuss this further.

About the IHSA
Intercollegiate Horse Show Association
The mission of the IHSA is to provide equestrian competition for all college and university students regardless of riding level, gender, race, sexual orientation or financial status. The IHSA is dedicated to promoting sportsmanship, horsemanship and academic excellence. The UNFET is located in Zone 5 Region 5 of the IHSA map, including schools from both Florida and Georgia.
